Commission a Portrait or Custom Artwork

If you’re thinking about having a portrait or custom artwork made, I’d love to hear from you. You can reach out by phone or email for a relaxed chat about your ideas. Whether it's a special person, a memory, or a meaningful image you'd like brought to life.

If you’re providing a photograph for me to work from, I’ll guide you through choosing one that suits. Clear, in-focus images always work best, and I’m happy to help you select something that captures the spirit of what you want painted.

We’ll talk about the size you’d like the piece to be, and what medium feels right. We can also discuss your timeframe if you have a special date in mind, and any story, feeling, or personal detail you'd like woven into the artwork.

Once we’ve talked everything through, you can send your chosen photo or photos to me via email. I’ll then prepare a quote and send an invoice based on what we’ve discussed. A 50% deposit is required to get started, and once it’s paid, I’ll begin your artwork with care and attention.

If you’d like to see the painting as it develops, I can send you progress updates along the way. Small adjustments can usually be made during the early stages. Once you’re happy with the final piece, the remaining balance and any postage will be due.

Your finished painting will be carefully packaged by me and sent via Australia Post, or you’re very welcome to pick it up from my studio if you're nearby.
